Please review the risk warnings below before considering any investment
Minimum investment:
The Ingenious Pathé EIS Film Fund (the Fund) benefits from the combined strengths and experience of the UK’s foremost investor in the film industry, Ingenious, and Pathé, the UK’s leading film distribution and international sales business. Ingenious has executive produced hits including Shaun of the Dead, Rise of the Planet of the Apes, The Best Exotic Marigold Hotel and Avatar, the most successful film ever made. In recent years, Pathé has brought to market a succession of high-profile independent hits including Slumdog Millionaire, The Queen and The Iron Lady.
Film productions will have guaranteed distribution in the UK and France through Pathé. In addition, Pathé’s world-class international sales team will exploit long-standing relationships with US studios and foreign independent distributors to monetise international rights.
Investors will benefit from uncapped upside potential (free of capital gains tax), while a combination of EIS tax reliefs and preferential recoupment terms are expected to help protect their downside risk.
