Background

Rob's background is in telecoms and technology. Prior to joining Human Capital he headed mergers and acquisitions for Level 3 (a leading US telco).

He has also headed the Strategy and M&A functions for Hongkong Telecom and REACH, two multi-billion dollar Asian telcos. He was a founding partner of IncubASIA, a venture capital firm focused on technology.

He started his career in consulting, with the LEK Partnership in London and Sweden, and with Delta Strategy (a firm he founded) in Hong Kong.

Rob is co-author of 'Can Oxford be Improved?', a book on the future of Oxford University.
