Ingenious Corporate Finance has advised Hat Trick Productions on the sale of its 50% interest in 12 Yard Productions to ITV in a transaction worth up to £35m.
12 Yard is an internationally renowned producer of game show, reality and factual entertainment formats. The management team, headed by David Young, has been responsible for creating numerous successful international formats including The Weakest Link, Eggheads, Dog Eat Dog, In It To Win It, The Rich List, and Without Prejudice?.
12 Yard was formed in 2001 as a 50:50 partnership between Hat Trick and the management of 12 Yard.
