Ingenious Corporate Finance played a key role in the negotiations between Company Pictures and All3Media, the private equity-backed, international TV production and distribution group, in reaching agreement on extending the incentivisation terms for George Faber and Charlie Pattinson, the original founders.
Company Pictures is one of the UK's most successful and highly regarded independent drama producers and is the creator and producer of the iconic UK and US dramas Shameless, Wild at Heart, Skins and Generation Kill. All3Media originally acquired Company Pictures in 2004 in a five-year earn-out deal.
