February 2011 - Acquisition of Tactical Solutions
ICF advised St Ives on its acquisition of Tactical Solutions for a maximum total consideration of approximately £24 million.

Tactical Solutions is one of the UK's leading and fastest growing field sales and marketing companies. The Company drives sales and product availability at the point of purchase to deliver measurable return on investment for its blue chip client base within the retail and FMCG sectors. The deal was ICF’s second acquisition for St Ives,  showcasing the depth of the relationship that Ingenious has with the Company and our experience in the marketing services sectorc

June 2010 - Acquisition of Occam DM
ICF advised St Ives on its acquisition of Occam DM, one of the UK's leading database marketing companies for a consideration of c. £12 million.

The acquisition of Occam represented a significant step in the implementation of St Ives' new management team's diversification strategy.
