Stage Three Music
Ingenious Corporate Finance advised music publishing venture Stage Three Music on raising second round financing of more than £40 million. The funding was obtained from Apax Partners and HSBC Private Bank. Ingenious Ventures, who originally seeded the business, also invested additional funds on this round.
The funding will allow Stage Three Music to grow through the addition of songwriters to its roster and the acquisition of song catalogues. The company is led by Steve Lewis, former head of music publishing at Virgin and Chrysalis.
