Simon advises on mergers and acquisitions and fund raising in the media and entertainment industries.
Previously
Prior to joining Ingenious, Simon was a director in UBS Warburg's corporate finance media team where he worked from 1997 to 2002. Over that time, he advised on a wide range of M&A and capital markets transactions for clients in the media and internet sectors, including Carlton, RTL, Reed Elsevier, The Thomson Corporation and Tiscali. Simon qualified as a chartered accountant with Deloitte & Touche and he holds a BSc Honours degree from Durham University.
