Ingenious Corporate Finance has played an important role in the negotiations between Company Pictures and All3Media, the private equity-backed, international TV production and distribution group in reaching agreement on extending the incentivisation terms for George Faber and Charlie Pattinson, the original founders.

Company Pictures is one of the UK's most successful and highly regarded independent drama producers and is the creator and producer of the iconic UK and US dramas Shameless, Wild at Heart, Skins and Generation Kill. All3Media originally acquired Company Pictures in 2004 as part of a five-year earn-out deal. The transaction with All3Media will incentivise the founders to continue to grow the business as All3Media expands in both the UK and US.
