In May 2005, Ingenious Corporate Finance advised RDF Media, the leading factual entertainment producer on its successful AIM flotation, in which the shareholders, including private equity investor, Bowmark Capital, sold nearly 60% of the company at a valuation of £49m. Ingenious advised RDF on all aspects of the flotation process including the selection of Nomad and placing broker, mediating on the different interests of the stakeholders and advising on valuation.

RDF is the second independent television production company that Ingenious has successfully brought to the market.
