Ingenious Corporate Finance acted as exclusive corporate finance adviser to Robbie Williams on a major transaction with EMI Group plc.
Ingenious advised on the formation and structure of the joint venture and led negotiations with a number of potential partners. Although for an undisclosed sum, it is believed to be the largest recording deal in British music industry history.
With this joint venture arrangement, Robbie Williams has achieved greater ownership and control over his creative services whilst securing the backing of a worldwide music partner across the entire spectrum of his professional activities.
