Shed Productions
In March 2005, Ingenious Corporate Finance advised Shed Productions, the leading independent drama producer, on its highly successful AIM flotation capitalising the company at £44m at the issue price. Ingenious had worked with Shed in examining different strategic options, and concluded with the management that a stock market listing was the most attractive in achieving its strategic goals. Shed was the first independent television production company to list on AIM in the post Communications Act era.
