The Engine Group / DC Interact

Ingenious Corporate Finance has advised The Engine Group, the fast growing communications group, on its acquisition of digital agency, DC Interact, for an undisclosed sum in cash and shares.

Engine, one of the UK's fastest growing integrated communications agencies, was founded following the buyout of WCRS from Havas in 2004 and is now the largest privately owned marketing services group in the UK. This deal follows shortly after its acquisition of sports marketing consultancy Karen Earl Sponsorship in November, on which Ingenious also advised.

DC Interact is a specialist marketing and creative communications agency in the digital sector. Its services include creative web design and development, online advertising, and strategic consulting.
