Ingenious Corporate Finance has advised The Engine Group, the fast growing communications group, on its acquisition of sponsorship consultancy Karen Earl Sponsorship from Media Square plc.

Engine was founded following the buyout of WCRS from Havas and in just over a year it has become one of the UK's fastest growing integrated communications agencies. Engine is now the largest privately owned marketing services group in the UK and this deal is the third investment it has made this year. Ingenious Corporate Finance continues to work with Engine to expand the group's breadth of marketing and consultancy services.
