With a subscription deadline of 31 July 2013, delivery of EIS certificates is anticipated by January 2014.

The Fund will invest in Seed Enterprise Investment Scheme (SEIS) qualifying companies, thus enabling qualifying investors to claim SEIS income tax relief, capital gains re-investment relief and/or capital gains disposal relief. SEIS is a new UK Government sponsored initiative to encourage investment in the UK’s enterprise market.
