The Ingenious Entertainment VCTs 1&2 H Share offers access for investors to the growing UK live events and premium content market. We have developed an ongoing successful strategy for investing in a broad range of live events, such as music festivals, exhibitions and sports events. These investments seek to generate venture capital style returns with high levels of downside protection. Investors who are UK Tax Payers may benefit from 30% income tax relief on the investment. The VCTs will seek to pay regular annual tax free dividends of at least 5p per share.

The Fund offers investors exposure to early stage and start-up companies across the media, sport and leisure and clean energy sectors. Investee Companies will be selected on the basis of their potential to deliver successful growth and attractive equity returns. The Fund will invest in Seed Enterprise Investment Scheme (SEIS) qualifying companies, thus enabling qualifying investors to claim SEIS income tax relief, capital gains re-investment relief and/or capital gains disposal relief. SEIS is a new UK Government sponsored initiative to encourage investment in the UK’s enterprise market.
