Responsibilities

Vaishali assists the Senior Legal Executives on the general work of the legal team as well as assisting the Investment team on Film Production and Sale and Leaseback transactions.

Previously

Vaishali graduated with a LLB (Hons) in Business and Finance Law in 2006 and went on to complete the Legal Practice Course with distinction in 2007. She has gained experience in various in-house legal departments including TOTAL UK Limited, Xerox (UK) Limited and Shell International Limited.
