Legal & Business Affairs Executive

Responsibilities

Handling legal aspects of product development, assisting with transactions and advising on other general legal issues.

Previously

Phillip qualified as a solicitor in September 2005 before joining Ingenious in November 2008. Previously he worked as a corporate finance lawyer in the company - commercial team of a leading London west-end law firm. Phillip graduated from London School of Economics with an MSc in Management and also holds an LLM from King's College.
