Previously
Prior to joining Ingenious, Ian qualified as a Chartered Accountant and a Chartered Tax Advisor with Deloitte in London. Ian worked at Deloitte for over 7 years, initially in the Financial Services Audit practice and latterly in the M&A Tax practice where he advised private equity and corporate clients on a wide range of transactions including mergers, acquisitions, leveraged buy outs, disposals, public to private transactions, debt for equity swaps and debt buy backs. Ian holds a BSc (Hons) degree in Economics and Finance from the University of Bristol and is a member of both the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and the Chartered Institute of Taxation.
