Head of Legal and Business Affairs
Responsibilities
Handling all the legal aspects of product development, film and television production and related transactions, as well as advising on general legal issues for the company and/or the group.
Previously
Lesley qualified as a solicitor in May 1998 and, before joining Ingenious in March 2003, worked as senior assistant in the intellectual property and media team of an international law firm, specialising in film production and finance. Lesley read English at Leeds University and has a post-graduate diploma in international copyright law.
