Nicholas Harvey
Nick is the Managing Director and Head of Corporate Finance at Ingenious. He has overall responsibility for the corporate finance business.
Since joining Ingenious in 2003 Nick has been responsible for a wide range of transactions including the sale of Sit-Up TV, the flotations of Shed Media and RDF Media, a series of acquisitions and fundraisings for the Engine Group and most recently the sale of moonpig.com.
Nick began this career in corporate finance at S.G. Warburg & Co Ltd in 1980 before joining Granville, the private investment bank in 1984, where he was the Head of Corporate Finance and Chairman of the Investment Banking division. Nick was instrumental in the sale of Granville to R.W. Baird in November 1999.
Nick has over 25 years experience in media, specialising particularly in Marketing Services, content, independent TV production and more recently digital and on-line businesses. Nick is a qualified Solicitor, has a degree in Economics and is a Fellow of the RSA.
