Responsibilites

Alison is responsible for driving the HR agenda for Ingenious Media and the delivery of a pro active HR function in support of the business strategy.

Previously

Alison has over twenty years HR experience and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development. Her experience covers a broad range of industry sectors including media and consulting. Most recently she was HR Director for the Hachette Filipacchi, the UK Company of a major international media organisation.
