Advising on all taxation matters across the group, including those affecting structures developed and managed by the group.

Previously

Prior to joining Ingenious, Neal worked in Ernst & Young's Transaction Tax practice in London specialising in Restructuring tax. Prior to that, he worked in the Mid Cap M&A team at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Neal is ACA qualified and holds a MA in Mathematics from Edinburgh University.
