Ingenious Ventures provides funding alongside experienced entrepreneurial management across the media sector, to partner with them in the strategic development of their company. We seek to work with the highest quality management teams who have a demonstrable track record of commercial success.

Geographic and Sector Focus

We focus exclusively on the media sector, primarily within the UK, but will consider opportunities across Western Europe. We invest in all sub-sectors of media with a focus on companies capable of international expansion.

Target Company Focus

We look to work with experienced management teams who have a demonstrable track record of delivering profit growth from the exploitation of media content and services. We target established businesses with high growth potential and scalability of earnings.

Investment Focus

We look for investments of £2-15m in the form of expansion capital or MBO finance, in support of buy and build and organic growth strategies.

Investment Style

We look to take significant equity stakes and seek Board representation on all our investments. We work pro-actively alongside management to maximise shareholder value, bringing to bear the collective knowledge and experience of the Ingenious Group.
