[IMAC exits Cream for £13.9m representing 9.1x return]

Ingenious Media Active Capital Ltd is pleased to announce that it has successfully sold its investment in Cream Holdings Limited (‘Cream’), a live events company based around the Cream electronic music brand. Cream owns and operates the hugely successful Creamfields UK festival, as well as licensed shows overseas and club nights in the UK and Ibiza. IMAC’s shareholding in Cream has been acquired by Live Nation Entertainment Inc. (‘Live Nation’) (NYSE: LYV).

Today, 27 January 2012, Jazz FM, Neopolitan Music and The Ingenious Entertainment VCTs (www.ingeniousvcts.co.uk), are pleased to announce the completion of a £2 million investment into the UK’s first three day, outdoor, camping jazz festival, Love Supreme Jazz Festival, to take place in Brighton in the summer of 2013.
[Ingenious Live VCTs to exit successful Creamfields Festival investment]

Ingenious Ventures, part of UK based investment and advisory group Ingenious, has today announced that terms have been agreed with Ingenious Live VCT 1 plc and Ingenious Live VCT 2 plc (the Ingenious Live VCTs) for the exit from their investment in the Creamfields festival. This announcement follows closely on from the launch of a new share offer by the Ingenious Entertainment VCTs on 21 November 2011.
